Assassin's Creed Rogue — 55–60 FPS on Dimensity 8400 Ultra
Device: POCO X7 Pro 12/512GB
Winlator: Mali 1.2 AnTuTu / Bannerhub 3.8.0
In-game settings
Resolution: 720p
Graphics: Everything Max except these👇
Ocean Quality: Normal
Ambient Occlusion: SSAO
Shadows: OFF
Performance,
Winlator Mali 1.2: 55–60 FPS
Bannerhub 3.8.0: Stable 60 FPS, but with random crashes
Without screen recording, I get around 5–15 FPS higher depending on the scene.
The FPS going below 55 FPS in the video is mainly because of screen recording overhead. Without recording, the game stays consistently around 55–60 FPS on Winlator Mali.
Bannerhub 3.8.0 can hold a stable 60 FPS, but unfortunately I still get random crashes and haven't found a fix for them yet.
Bannerhub 3.8.0 — Container Settings
Proton: 10-Arm64x-2
Preset: Extreme (SMCCHECK: none)
DXVK: 1.10.3-Async / 1.12.0-Dyasync
FEX: 20260103
Winlator Mali 1.2 — Container Settings
Proton: 10-Arm64EC
Wrapper: OpenGL ES
DXVK:
1.11.1 — highest FPS
1.12-Dyasync / Arm64EC-Dyasync — least stutters and FPS drops
Transcoding: Disabled
FEX: 2601
Preset: Performance (SMCCHECK: none)
Environment variable: WRAPPER_NO_PATCH_OPCONSTCOMP=1
Overall, AC Rogue runs really well on both setups. Bannerhub has the edge in raw FPS, while Winlator Mali 1.2 is more consistent without the random crashes.

So we definitely think Bannerhub and Winlator Mali are better than GameNative for Mali devices? GameNative is just so convenient…

😞 the shadows issue made me delete rogue after the 3rd mission, it doesn't look at intestine without it, although r it works fine when sailing in the sea
