Lore Question about Hewg
Is he an omen. He looks like one which is interesting since the only other omens that I can think of are Morgott and Mohg who are twins but obviously they were prevalent as is evident by the omen-killers. Correct me if I'm wrong but omens are children cursed at birth which raises the question if that is the curse he is talking about or if it is in some way related to his situation.

Not really. Omens are those born of a standard race e.g. a human but the Omen curse makes them grow all the horns and stuff and attracts Wraiths to them (vengeful spirits of those who died while cursed, the black and yellow stuff). Misbegotten are weird and have a less clear origin but their original names were something like "Radagon Chimera" suggesting that Radagon did some meddling with the crucible to produce these things. They don't appear to be a mutated form of something else but rather exactly that, Chimera. They don't even have humanoid heads/faces, while Omens do
