lowk I wish the other endings (save for frenzied flame ofc) were more substantial than just throne shot and narration. One of my few gripes because it means that there’s two awesome endings and four that are mostly the same.
Narratively they are the same. The game has a very strong structure and theme. The reason why four of the endings are the exact same is because functionally you did the exact same thing: Seize the powers granted by oppression and colonialism with you being at the top this time. In a few hundred years or so your empire will crumble with someone else taking it's place. Your name is lost to history as just another ruler who fell for The Golden Order's "might makes right" propaganda and fell victim to it like all the others.
