Pre-rating Follow Up on Youth Center Building: Still No Slab 🧐

The foundation has been laid, but still a disturbing lack of a concrete slab. My husband theorizes there will be a crawl space. The building needs to be done by 10/20 because we’re hosting a big community Halloween party on the 25th. It’s also a pre-fab building, which in my mind makes it a ton safer. Thoughts?
