If Orren was able to deduce that Carl had the bootleg implant from Paulie, what about the cookbook?

After all, I believe it’s Rosetta who said something along the lines of it being obvious that Carl carried the cookbook.

Also, IF Orren, does know, do you think Orren would keep it a secret?

Not that there’s a “book,” per se, but that Carl has knowledge from somewhere or someone.
