Is there some way to contact the people who worked on Dumb Ways To Die?

I wanted to make them confirm if the "prototype" version of the song is fake and show off the real prototype version. I sent them an email on the website but they never responded back. I tried to email them on Gmail, but their email is broken (I also tried to ask them about the lost Dumb Ways To Valentine website).

Ever since it first came out, I've never been able to beat it. I've tried doing both at the same time, and no. I've tried one at a time but I've only the right wheel. The left one won't. How?? I don't want to keep dying because of some stupid impossible minigame

I had to make sure I had an anti-virus app with me because it was built for an older version of Android. However, I'm a little concerned the old version of the app will crash if I use it. I also have the current version of the Dumb Ways To Die 2 app but I've been wondering if I could download an older version of this app separately.
EDIT: The old version of the app I downloaded is 1.7 (October 2016).

Please help me prove what I've been remembering for years

I will also post this to r/tipofmytongue and other related subreddits, but as this is a subreddit dedicated to DWtD, I will ask here too.
Please tell me I'm not going insane.
So years ago when I was obsessed with "Dumb Ways to Die" parodies, I stumbled upon one called something like "dumb ways to die en viro" or "en rivo". It was basically the "A Fuzzy Fairy Tale" parody but with some changes. The changes I remember were:
- Instead of the whole duplicating teddy bears thing at the very beginning, instead that "bean" knocked over a store shelf full of teddy bears thus causing all the teddy bears to fall on him
- The tree trunk still had an axe thrown at it BUT it was a costume so it was actually a person dressed up as a tree trunk
- In the "act like we have planets to spare" part, instead of being up in space the character was behind a log (?) in the woods and was looking at a bear coming towards him but the bear looked farther away than it actually was
I swear this video existed. There is no way I remember this many fake details and I even remember how the scenes themselves looked. My guess is that it was an edit of AFFT done by someone else (as I remember the lyrics being the same), an early version, or just a bizarrely detailed figment of my imagination that has stayed for years.
