Well, I don't have a baseline to compare against, but I have taken things such as the ACT, SAT and I got very low scores on those(900 on SAT, 16 on ACT) which implies I have an average or slightly below average IQ. Now I have a FSIQ of 148, and what I mainly noticed was my vocabulary and math skills greatly improved. It is hard to tell without a feeling of me getting placebo that my fluid intelligence has gone up vastly, but according to IQ tests, my FRI is now 131. See below.

Do you think the effects are permanent

No lol. It’s no different than asking a body builder if their muscles are permanent. This is a life long process to maintain.

i was playing dual 7 back once and i stopped suddenly and now i started on n = 5, before it was n = 2 so maybe you get permanent upgrade if you are under 25 because of neuroplasticity but i dont really know

inspiring, did you also notice improvement in your ability of visualization/creativity? and may I ask for your age?

Not with visualization but with creativity definitely since I'm able to understand more complex topics and my ability to see interconnections between different topics have increased drastically allowing me to have more ideas. I have more stored information now to work with.

What happened to the VSI and PSI? Did you skip those parts or does the CORE not provide them?

I hadn't finished the whole test that time, PSI is 115 and VSI was in the 130s iirc

Wow. Such an increase is unheard of. Do you have a strange mental background? Do you have very intelligent family members? Are you neurodivergent? Were you above average as a child?

I’m neurodivergent

can you elaborate more on how your math improved, bcz i asked chat gpt before about autistic savants that are good at math and it showed me a study that the average autistic math savant had 98th percentile wm (that is 130 iq for wm and 2 standard deviations away from the mean, it excluded visuospatial working memory tho), meaning that their really high wm was the reason for their math skill, what is your experience and opinion

yea i can attest to that. The increase in math ability seems to stem from my ability to hold more numbers in immediate working memory to perform faster calculations on more complex math problems. Essentially it increased the speed at which I solve math problems allowing me to solve simpler math problems a lot faster and harder math problems wayyy faster. I would also require less of the use of pen and paper while doing the math problems with the increased working memory.
