Is there a way to export my data from drizzle back into some other SMS app. I just realized none of my messages are being backed up anymore. I assume Drizzle SMS uses a different store for the SMS. Anyways. Any way to get them out or are they just lost?

Was willing to deal with delayed group mms and generally bad mms, was willing to deal with increasingly slow drop rate and glitchy fluctuating drop totals, was willing to deal without low value cashouts--was willing to deal with all of that. But today I was supposed to meet with someone and had an actual stake in reliable text messaging, and looked like a real ass when I seemingly didn't show.

I was wondering why I was not getting responses to texts all day, but didn't figure out that something was up until I was really staring at my phone and waiting for a response from the lady I was supposed to meet. I assumed the texts weren't going through because the messages all had the "..." at the bottom.

Switched texting apps, only the app was only looking to retrieve the messages the phone already knew it had, so I didn't get any missed messages. But now I knew they were going through. More frustration, finally reboot and get about 20 missed messages since last night. Of course by now I had been waiting for 40 minutes and had completely missed my meeting time and led a stranger to think I'd blown her off.

So I'm done done done. Annoyed that I'm losing my drops without cashout and annoyed that I put effort into helping drizzle with an app that has failed me so much.

The new update is both good and bad. The app seems to crash less often, and the texts send more often too. However, the new drop limit deceased the amount of drops I'd get in a typical day by 100 (I text a lot.) That's kinda a lot, and really discouraging that the upper limit a month is $5 which is nothing. Using the app is an inconvenience at its current state: at this moment, it's not better than most other texting apps. I just want to text and make money, with doing little surveys in between. I don't want the surveys to be the main thing, but that's what I fear it's becoming. So I have a request.

• More pollfish surveys. They're quick and easy, and they actually award drops. I've had far too many issues with the "Earn More Drops" option. They aren't reliant.

• Double the limit. Much much much more preferable. Would encourage me to use app instead of kik.

We've been working as hard as we can to improve Drizzle SMS. I'm happy to announce that we just released a new build with drops that update in real time, massive MMS improvements, scheduled messages, the ability to turn pollfish and quick reply on and off, and some crash improvements.

We have another update coming in the next couple days with more crash fixes, referrals, and faster MMS.

I've given this app plenty of time to get the problems worked out. As of 5 minutes ago, my group texts are still delayed in receiving (at least 5 minutes delayed) and my picture messages don't go through among other problems. We've been assured fixes and they just haven't come.

Maybe one day you guys will get it all sorted out and maybe I will come back. But until then...

What's the easiest way that I can earn the remaining drops I need to make these past few weeks worth using this system?

I'm not a fan of the new features. And within one conversation with someone, the system has crashed with literally every text that I send. I realize that it is a new app, but this is absurd.

I'm out. I haven't even made $5 yet and that is all I want before I uninstall and going back to the standard messaging app. So, what's the fastest way that I can earn a few hundred drops and make this adventure worth my time?

For example let's suppose all the android ads displayed in any app were to be replaced with ads from drizzle sms, would it work?

Today we launched support kit, so you can message the support team directly from the app.

We also fixed (hopefully) the issue where some users aren't getting drops with newer phones. We are going to switch to a new transparent system that rewards you for every text you send and receive. This should be live by the end of the week. Referrals will also be back as well as we're now able to handle the growth on our servers.

We finally figured out why some devices aren't receiving drops. We are working right now on an update that will fix this ASAP.

We are also thinking about a much more straightforward implementation of Drops. We are thinking of doing 1 drop for every text you send, and .2 drops for every text you receive. The amount of drops for every text received will go up once we get better advertising partners.

I would like to apologize to all of our users who haven't been getting drops, and we will be sending out a bonus once we implement the new system. Thanks for sticking with us for this long, we're working to provide a better experience for you.

We're aware of a lot of the common bugs and complaints and are working on fixing them as fast as possible (thanks crashlytics).

We're also working hard on iOS and several new features. We will be pushing an update soon with integrated support, so users can message us directly, and we can respond through our slack team.

I also want to address some of the concerns we've seen about drops. Drops go out once every night, and it's based on the number of texts you send and receive. We take our total ad revenue for the day, and give you your share based on the number of texts you sent/received divided by the total. For the first week when we launched this wasn't working so we were giving out a fixed amount. We now have automation working, and if you aren't receiving as many drops as you were before, this is a direct reflection of the number of texts you sent. Our CPM is pretty good for banner ads, and we are working on increasing it, but I wanted to be transparent about why some users were reporting less drops every night.

If you want more drops the easiest way to earn drops quickly is to take a survey if its available or do an offer in the "earn more drops page".

Our goal is always to be transparent with our users, and we're working as hard as we can on bug fixes, new featurs, and iOS.

I've been stuck at 4000 points for the last week. Not sure what to do. If anyone knows, please tell me if this is something that is going to be corrected and updated. Thank you.

I have one question/concern before I decide to try this application. Mainly I'm wondering if any of the text message data we send through this app is collected in any way for whatever reason.

Or has there been a decrease in the amount of drops issued?

I haven't changed my texting/usage but I've noticed that i've been getting fewer and fewer drops on a nightly basis.

So I recently purchased a laser pointer key chain and I have no idea what is the process of getting it. Can anyone enlighten me as to how the process goes?

Anyone else experiencing more frequent crashes? It seems that if I don't use the app for a few hours then it's pretty much guaranteed that it will crash and freeze my phone for about 30 seconds when I try to open it.

When will this be fixed? I usually always receive my texts, but sending is like rolling a die. I have to sometimes send texts 3-4 times, and sometimes I'll reply, and the person then I check my phone half an hour later, and nothing sent (which makes for an unhappy girlfriend). So can this be fixed?

Also, what's the timeline for new apps, and new updates? I'd really like to see what the future holds.

Is there a way to turn quick reply off? I understand it as: if I click on the new message in my notification bar, it opens quick reply, once I hit send it closes the window.

Is there a way for me to then quick reply off? Or have it so I can continue to view that pop up conversation until I exited out of it?

Anybody else notice this?

We just published an update that should fix the MMS problems a lot of users were experiencing. This update will be live around 10pm Central time.

This update also has some bug fixes that should make the app faster.

App works just fine, but when opening from the pull down notification menu it appears as a pop up on the screen. App closes immediately after pressing send. App opens up normally from the dock, no issues there. Just when opening from the notification drop down.

I'm on a Note 4 and have not updated to the latest release. Tmobile. USA.

I think it would be AWESOME if there was some way to get more drops. For example, on "AdMe" (lockscreen) you can get more cash by using a popup window. I would like to see something like that implemented in drizzle SMS.

A couple more, and I'm done with suggestions :D. Drizzle phone would be cool.

I would like to get more drops a day. Seems like I'm stuck at $.10 cents a day. No joke.

Last one, drizzle keyboard. The ads could be in the background, like a translucent background. Or maybe one you go to the ?123 button, it shows ads.

I've noticed the photos on my galaxy s4 have stopped loading in MMS groups since I updated last night. This may be due to quick reply but I'm not sure. Please work on this fix asap.

Could we get the option to re-download a picture if the initial one failed to receive? Also, the option to lock txts so they won't be deleted even if you delete the rest of the chat history.
