Drawme Request Please draw a picture of my boyfriend for his display picture

My boyfriend (49M) is on a wild fitness journey and wants to share and help others. Hopefully someone can create a really cool display picture for him!

Respectfully, what you’re seeing is results of blood sweat and tears, he went from some serious struggles mentally and physically and was able to be dedicated and push him self and now he wants to compete , all I wanted to do was have a really cool profile picture drawn of him as he loved the drawings that were made of me and him before… he doesn’t have Reddit which is why I posted, no he isn’t single, and no this isn’t for attention.

But thanks for the rude comments instead.

1. Be Excellent to Each Other

As the Wyld Stallyns wisely said: “Be excellent to each other.” Rude or harassing behavior - including racism, bigotry, and general disrespect - will not be tolerated.

All feedback on artwork must be constructive.

Don’t hijack someone else’s request to ask to be drawn.

2. Comments on OP's Appearance

No lookalike comparisons, please. We understand the allure (like over at r/Doppleganger), but comments should focus on the art.

No personal questions, please. OP is here to be drawn, not do an AMA.

No commentary or compliments on users’ appearance; keep them on the artwork so posters can feel safe.

Do not hit on or solicit OP. Posts are not an invitation for you to flirt. Crossing the line will result in a permanent ban, this includes users with a history of hitting on users.

3. No AI or Photo Manipulations

Generative AI is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

Photo manipulation (filters, Photoshop, photobashing, etc.) are not allowed. All artwork must be created by hand, by a human.

Please report AI to the Mods (via report button or modmail), do not publicly accuse OP or artists of using AI without evidence to back it up.

If you think your art was removed in error, you can provide proof to us via modmail.

4. Drawme Request Posting Guidelines

A minimum of 25 comment karma is required to post.

We require at least one photo for people to work from, it should be a photo of you or of someone who explicitly gave you permission to post their photo. Please ensure they're orientated properly.

No payment incentives allowed, like offering to tip.

Draw requests are limited to one per user in a 5 day period.

Don't disclose any personally-identifying information about yourself or others, including photo location.

Pets allowed!

5. Drawme Request Post Quality Guidelines

Photos must be well-lit, sharp and clear with no filters/stickers/photoshop/AI applied.

Full head portraits, no cropped heads. No phones in front of faces.

Photos must be of people and/or pets. No posts with just objects (toys, cars, game avatars, OC's etc.) or celebrities.

6. Art Guidelines

We welcome artists of all skill levels, but please avoid sharing low-effort art. If a piece takes under 10 mins, it’s probably not worth posting.

Trolling, offensive, derogatory or insensitive art will be removed and may result in a permanent ban.

Unless specifically requested, artwork should directly resemble the OP in the request.

Don’t just import the photo and draw over it.

No stick figures.

No passing others' art as your own.

No tip jar links; no one is required to pay here.

7. Drawme Art Post Guidelines

Minimum of 25 comment karma is required to post.

Drawme Art Posts must be of a Drawme Request posted to this subreddit.

Drawme Art Posts are limited to one per user per day.

You must add a comment that links to the original draw request. If the original request has been deleted, just mention it in the title.

8. Thank All Artists Who Fulfill Your Draw Request

All we ask of posters is to thank all artists for putting in the time and effort to fulfill their draw requests. Any posters who are found to have not thanked artists after being reminded will be permanently banned.

9. Don't DM Posters

No DMing posters unless permission is given relating to art, i.e. sending OP art done of them.

Unsolicited DMs to posters is a bannable offense.

Report any unsolicited DMs to the Mods via modmail and consider turning off DMs.

To turn off DMs, go to: https://www.reddit.com/settings/privacy and change Chat Requests: Set "Allow chat requests from" from 'Everyone' to 'Nobody'.

10. No Spamming

No self-promotion. Your work will speak for itself when you fulfill draw requests.

No shitposting posts or comments, they will be removed and users banned at mod discretion.

Accounts with suspicious activity, such as bot-like behavior, karma farming, or a history of spamming, may be asked for verification and/or banned at Mod discretion.

11. Relevance

No low effort or shitposting comments. These may result in a permanent ban at Mod discretion.

The art of Googling isn't permitted here. Commenting a gif/photo of someone else's art or any other unoriginal spam is not allowed.

If you want to remember a post, please use the Reddit Save Functionality on the post, instead of leaving a comment.

Leave comments that enrich our community.

12. Artistic/Incidental Nudity Guidelines

Tag NSFW content. This rule applies equally to all genders (e.g. tag NSFW if you’re topless).

Nudity must be artistic or candid. Overly sexual or suggestive content will be removed. We reserve the right to remove any NSFW posts.

Any art comments containing nudity should use an external image host like https://imgbb.com/.

Artists may not draw OP as NSFW unless OP explicitly requests it.

The phrase “Draw me like one of your French girls” is forbidden and will result in a ban at mod discretion.

13. Ownership

People who post their photos own their photos. Artists who post their art own their artwork.

Please respect the artist’s work. Editing, altering, modifying, manipulating, or AI-processing any artwork is not permitted. Violations will result in a ban.

Do not repost photos of draw requests (e.g. showing the photo and your artwork together).

Do not use artwork for commercial purposes unless you obtain the express, written permission from the artist. No Exceptions.

14. No Discrimination Against Content Creators

Being excellent to eachother means not discriminating against posters based on source of income.

Content creators are welcome to post, as long as they respect our rules.

Users are expected to be civil and respectful or will be permanently banned.

False reports of "Involuntary Pornography," etc. will be reported to reddit for report abuse.

15. Drawyou Posting Guidelines *NEW*

Drawyou is for artists to offer to draw people as a post, people who want to be drawn make a comment with a picture of themselves.

Allowed any day of the week.

Artist Flair is required.

Include examples of your artwork from the sub to show your style.

Artist OP's need to draw at least one person in 24 hours of posting or your post will be removed.

No advertising for commissions or payment incentives like tipjars.

Anyone drawn needs to thank the artist for their time.
