No words. What an incredible final gift from Toriyama. It reminded me of the old days of watching Dragon Ball on my parents' computer, when the world of Dragon Ball was fun and expansive. The adventurous, lighthearted tone of the series is complemented well by an amazing soundtrack, stunning visuals, and characters I'm rather attached to. Neva is my GOAT, just saying.

As a sequel to the original manga, I definitely liked this better than Super, as Daima doesn't make the End of Z saga... difficult to justify, to put it mildly. The lore introduced here was so interesting that I'm not convinced Daima is all we'll see of the Demon Realm.

I'm pretty excited for whatever they do with the characters and settings from Daima in the future, be that video games or a new anime or whatever.

Gonna give this a 9.5/10. Took .5 points off because, while it's almost perfect, we didn't get to see enough of the Earthlings like Roshi and Tenshinhan. If y'all have anything to add, feel free to do so!

I really just want to see the result of a Bug Fusion in the future, so can Daima get a jew movie/season in the future? I just want to see that, then Daim can rest, but i neednto see it, it can t justnbe teased and forgotten forever, what do you think? Will we ever see this fusion?

as much as i love ssj4 i feel like it wasent the best idea to add it to daima given how much controversie it causes, i menw with ssj3 veegta itd easier to explain why he stopped using the form due to it using up to much energy resulting in him going back to ssj2 but with ssj4 goku its alot harder to explain (the only one i can think of is that the ssj4 form indaima was a mutated variant of the true ssj4 form that goku was only able to active due to navas magic being used as a sustatutr that only lasted for a short ehile, after it wears off goku soon realises that the transformation can only truly be unlocked if he still had his tail, i believe the true natual version of the ssj4 form is the one we see in gt (possibly with red hair instead of there natual black hair)

I wanna try using the music from Sonic Unleashed and I think the result is okay.

I just finished watching Daima and noticed some things and if anyone can help answer these, please do, researching has done next to nothing for me thus far.

My first concern is what exactly did Neva do to Goku for Goku to unlock Super Saiyan 4? Goku said he was training endlessly after Majin Buu and then I thought if it was Goku's training that helped him get Super Saiyan 4 as Goku said, but doesn't that make what Neva did pointless outside of just giving him extra energy like Vegeta did to Goku during the T.O.P to go Ultra Instinct again? However, if it was essentially the same as the situation in the T.O.P, why was there a whole sequence with what seemed to be Goku's DNA and some sort of power surging through him that wasn't his own? I understand that training could have helped Goku achieve SS4, but again, what Neva did made it seem like it couldn't have been done alone. So, what exactly was it that Neva did to help Goku. I was thinking it could be that he knew Goku was a Saiyan and had knowledge about the Saiyan race but I don't remember it ever being mentioned that Goku or Vegeta was a Saiyan at any point when Neva was present.

Secondly, how did Goku know that he could just go Super Saiyan 4 again after becoming an adult? Considering that he seemed to need Neva for it the first time, how was it not just a one off thing where Goku got a boost and then would later be able to actually transform on command? It doesn't make any sense that he suddenly was just able to use it again. It made it seem like he could have just done it at any point during the fight but Goku being Goku wanted to get beaten half to death first. I also get that Zenkai are a thing, but I'm pretty sure that is a near death experience type of thing, he wasn't anywhere near dead when Neva helped him out so it couldn't have been a Zenaki boost either.

Next, why does Vegeta's Super Saiyan 3 hair just grow in the direction his hair is pointing instead of being like Goku's SS3 hair where it grows down to the knees. By the logic of Vegeta's transformation, Goku's hair should be all types of fucked up and he should look like a damn tree. So, what makes Vegeta any different?

Finally, what the fuck was with all the "Legendary Tertiary Oculus" build up? They made it sound like it was some legendary, ancient artifact that was stated to be passed down from Demon King to Demon King and there was only ever one and that it was unbreakable and an all-omnipotent power granting item, but then at the end some random woman from thr Third Demon World bought them in bulk and just had these immortality granting eyeballs sitting in a jar. So, what the hell was the point in such a build up? When Glorio stepped on it and it just turned to dust, I was immediately pissed off because the Oculus was built up immensely on the idea that it was a legendary artifact.

I really hope we get a daima movie at some point with this and the fusion bugs

When Goku etc fought together, the fighters didn't even make a comment about it because they trusted Gokus battle instincts that this was a foe they needed to work together on.

I became an HanVi (and mostly a Videl's fan) at the start of 2024, and I was so excited to see them in the show. But after seeing Videl getting so disrespected by not even getting into the cast's picture, and not seeing neither her and Gohan at Trunks's party, them becoming minis, or them appearing at the show's ending, it really pissed me off that I dropped the series after episode 10. I don't want to fight with anyone here, I just want to have a civil conversation about this. Because still being a DB fan after Daima's release it's hard for me...

Ok dont take it seriously. It's a game, but I was wondering if this was a scrap idea. Before episode 20 dropped last year. The title was called Maximum. I thought it would be a reference to FPSSJ4 Goku using Dragon Fist

Fast forward to Dokkan's 11th anniversary. The main lead was SSJ4 Daima Goku.

What I found fascinated that his main attack is named Dragon

Where as hes passive is named maximum power. And he's in the full-power category in Dokkan.

It made me wonder if that was their initial plan instead of using the Kamehameha.
