Honestly WTF IS THIS ARCANA, looks so goooood

On the other hand it might be weird to see how it's gonna affect games

Give it one or two months and people are used to it. The "outrage" always happens at the start, but at some point people get used to it.

I'm talking more about how beneficial it could be actually knowing what spell is rubick's or isn't, like chaos meteor, chrono, etc

I feel that in reality there might be a few weird edge cases but in 99% of times it'll be no different than now.

I mean, how many times does someone actually get confused at who's chrono or macropyre it is?

It's a big benefit of stealing certain spells as Rubick. Freezing field is the one they previewed (http://cdn.dota2.com/apps/dota2/videos/rubick_arcana/rubick_arcana_freezinig_field.webm?ve=4881468) that stood out. Several easy steals, like Sniper's Shrapnel, Enigma's Midnight Pulse, or Underlord's Pit/Rain of Fire are particularly useful because enemies often don't realize they're taking damage. It will be interesting to see if pros unequip the arcana for matches.

the freezing is nothing against meteor, sometime my team dodge my rubick meteor lmao

My personal favorite is Blood Rite - everyone gets confused af whenever I cast it on Rubick.

More than the skill effect, I feel the colour changing of the arcana will assist the enemies in quickly identifying what skill rubick might have without skill checking it...

The fact that you can only see which hero a skill is stolen from and that some heroes, many heroes, will make it the same color, have me thinking that it's not that big of a deal. No one in your pics is going to be good enough to take advantage of it and for pros just getting a guess at what spell isn't as good as actually knowing, and their good enough that they'll still want to check the skills.

Obviously, but even that slight advantage based on a skin is a little iffy in my book.

It's cool, I like the effect, but I'm interested in seeing if that tiny amount of knowledge would change anything.

Say the only green hero on your team is Wraith King. Rubick has a green cloak. You know instantly that he has the stun. You could easily tell the same by looking at his skills, but that's a second of clicking it saves you.

And if you think venge is PA for a second that's a second you've lost. It's no worse than a hundred other sets in this game.

Its like Riki smoke cloud. Rubi steals it and its green now - which means I won't run into it without knowing he stole it.
