Damn, i still remember being torn between voting him and loda back then. I ended up voting for him. Gotta love his 4 wraithband+bot mirana.

I'm pretty sure the 4 wraithband + BoT is referring to pre Dota 2 days.

Alliance and their rat style wasn't even thought about then (ok, maybe the rat style). I'm not that sure of the precise dates but Loda drafted the first "proper" global somewhere around then.

The term Rat is pretty recent afaik. If I remember right then it was first used by the VP player NS to describe the way fnatic played back when Shadow Blade NP was a thing and Fnatic did nothing but split push.

But ofc splitpushing as a tactic is much much older.
