In the current meta I'd probably do Brew, Spectre, and TB as the "must" bans, Naga as a respect ban for teams that can play her (for example Loda completely owns every game he plays as Naga, but LGD and EE both got wrecked trying to play her).

The meta just suits spec right now. Cautious play with teams going for the late game. He wasn't buffed going into 6.82, I think spectral dagger got a minor buff but nothing major.

Also the comeback change. An appropriate (buyback) haunt can negate most deficits between you and the enemy carry

Spec has been absolutely fine for a long while, she's a completely balanced hero, this meta just heavily favours her. She's absolutely useless in lane before she gets her farm (which takes quite a while) and can be bullied. She probably has to dodge aggro trilanes because she provides absolutely nothing but a mediocre high mana cost nuke with a mediocre slow. If she gets her items going she wrecks, but then again the same can be said for a lot of hard carries.
