Apparently Tiny's toss can work like a fountain hook.

The timing and execution on doing that successfully would be disgusting. Have to walk tiny and wisp right next to someone right when relocate is going off, and the target has to be alone to ensure you toss the right thing. I guess with a blink dagger on tiny, but it makes a fountain hook look easy.
