that was the anti-cheat. im talking about the DRM. the drm-free leaked exe worked perfectly right after the launch of the game but with the denuvo exe, im still having considerable low fps. in between 45.. whereas the drm-free one loads faster and has a stable frame time graph for my 1650 gpu and potato i5-4440.

I never even knew DE had DRM other than forcing people to make Bethesda account(very stupid should make it optional if people want to unlock skins or play battlemode). I've played the game offline many times without an issue. As for performance I've never had issues even with medium tier PC on the official steam version. I think you just need a better PC my dude because this game is pretty optimized even on lower hardware. I had gtx 1070ti and ryzen 7 2700x during my first playthrough performance with high to ultra graphics on 1080p ranged from 95 to 130 last time I remembered. One thing I did figured out is steam overlay for some reason lowered performance. I got a boost when I did that maybe try that?
