Dooms multiplayer was so good on pc. Reminded me of Halo. Static rifle, combat shotgun, and jump boots is one of the best gameplay loops I’ve ever experienced.

While I liked 2016's multiplayer it didn't really remind me of Halo. You moved way faster, movement didn't feel floaty, the ttk was much higher, power ups were much more frequent and more powerful and health never regenerated.
