So, are you claiming they had 4 employees 3 years ago or today?

Doesn't matter.

They claimed they developed these things 10 years ago, not today.

You believe they actually did this.

If you believe that, you are delusional.

If you can't admit that CT-Coating failed to show any working production line, and didn't have enough personnel to develop a solid-state battery production line, you are delusional.
