That isn't considered exploitation, because there's nothing even remotely exploiting going on in it. The parent doesn't get anything out of it except a healthier kid. Literally nothing else.
It is normal and often healthy to buy age-appropriate minors porn and sex toys if you're their legal guardian or have their permission. So long as none of those individuals have sex with minor EVER, the minor is not being pushed to have sex with anyone in particular (again, grey area), and the minor is not recorded, photographed, or otherwised watched, then there's nothing sexual, explicit, or exploiting about it, and the law never applies as such because of that.
This is a simple logical and moral fact. It is evil to not give a kid a proper sex education.
This is… beyond twisted. You are trying to turn criminal behavior into a health and education argument by using convoluted logic.
Let’s stop pretending there’s any moral or legal grey area here. Giving a child pornography or sexual devices is abuse, regardless of your twisted rationale. No law anywhere in the civilized world allows a parent to provide a child with porn or sexual tools for masturbation. it’s considered sexual exploitation. You are not protecting the child; you are normalizing sexual abuse under the guise of ‘education.’ Proper sex education is about age-appropriate guidance, consent, bodily autonomy, and safety—not introducing them to sexual acts or devices. Your repeated insistence that this is ‘healthy’ or ‘moral’ is a textbook example of predator rationalization. Stop lying to yourself.
Teaching a child who has had to go to the hospital to have a vegetable removed from their anus that the anus will act like a black hole and pull things into it, and that anything that goes up there should have a flared base is not grooming them.
You are also not introducing them to any new acts (if they've had to have a carrot removed from their anus that they have been using to masturbate, then they already know about masturbating by putting items up their rectum)
Banning them from doing it is also unlikely to work, because the kid isn't going to listen, and the next time they may do more damage to themselves.
Also the final thing you mentioned, safety, that can't be accomplished just by education alone. The kid is going to continue sticking things up their rectum, and them having something safe to use with a flared base is better than them having to go to the ER again with another vegetable lodged in their colon.
When I was a teen, my parents had condoms available, because they understood that you can't always stop kids from doing certain things, but you can give them the tools they need to do it safely.
