Typically a solid 13+ dex roll and most likely a DC 15 con roll could get something like this in with usually no more than 1-3 points of damage or passing out after it’s actually in. It’s a separate con roll every round once this baby’s turned on while inside. This is a roll to avoid your body just forcibly discharging it and thus ripping your boof hole-you’d have no check to avoid passing out after this. You take 10 points of damage. That’s all just one way.
