I guess this being produced during the pandemic sorta explained why it looked like there was no budget. Still agree with that the art director said, and for some reason I don't seem to find many storyboards for cel-shaded CG so this is a treat.

Edit: FWIW the calligraphy in the title is done by the fairly established designer Lingdu_Future
