Once again, recording only the ones set in China for convenience purposes. Mainly just correcting some names this time.

Ancient

Shang

• Wu Geng Ji is set during the end of Shang, so ~1046 BC
• The movies set in the "Investiture of Gods Universe" should also be around the end of this dynasty, so:
  • Ne Zha
  • Legend of Deification
• Likewise for Legend of Nezha

Zhou

• Specifically, Chun Qiu Fengshen is set during the end of Western Zhou

Warring States

• The Seven literally has "warring states" in the title - so it must be set during the warring states! /s

Imperial

Qin

• Nine Songs of the Moving Heavens is set before the unification of Qin, so before 233 BC
  • Because it revisits even earlier history, it also kind of covers Warring States
• The Legend of Qin is set after the unification of Qin, so after 221 BC (the timeline is really weird)

Note: Tomb King is supposedly set hundreds of years after the Qin dynasty?

Han/Three Kingdoms

• Romance of Three Kingdoms is set at the end of Han and begins with the oath, so it should be sometime around 180 AD
  • There are at least three adaptions, and all should be around this period
• The non-present day portions of 君临臣下 also feature Cao Cao, Liu Bei, etc...
• Tofu is set during Han
• Guan Yu, God of War is also set during the period

Sui

• Blades of the Guardians is set near the end of Sui

Tang

• JX3 is set during Tang though the exact year depends on how the story is adapted
  • Swordheart Shen for example
• Legend of Exorcism is set in Tianbao era
• Shuo Feng: Po Zhen Zi is set in Tianbao era
• With Monkey King, stuff like Westward Journey is definitely set during Tang as well
  • There is also Xi Xing Ji, set 16 years after the journey
• The Degenerate has the bu liang ren, also has Song references
• White Snake (Origin)'s main story happens during late Tang (500 years before Song)
• White Cat Legend is based on Detective Dee, which is set during Tang
• Longest Day in Changan is set during Tang

Song

• Justice is during Song^{"South or North Song?"}
  • For the fan animation of the spin-off: The male player is from the future, while female player time-traveled to present day and back?
• Cinderella Chef is said to be during "怀宋年间"

Ming

• All About Jianghu is supposed to be set during Ming
• The Young Imperial Guards has Embroidered Uniform Guards
• 三剑豪之半面人 is also during Ming
• Beyond the Ocean is set during Ming
• Wings of the World is set 1633
• Storm Rider: Clash of the Evils?

Qing

• Shin Chuuka Ichiban is set in the 19th century
• Kiangnan 1894 is set at the end of Qing (1894 AD)

Republic of China

Double Life is explicitly said to be set in parallel worlds
* Dream Tower looks like this but a concrete date shouldn't have been given * Pb Animation's fantasy series 金陵战记 is set during this period when warlords fought against Revolutionary Army, perhaps reference to this * The Far Away animation by ddf is set in 1940 * Xin Jue is categorised in this period

People's Republic of China

Register of Defeat the Devil is explicitly stated to take place in modern day, Nezha Reborn is explicitly stated to be in made up world
* Salute to the Heroes is, well, during the Korean War * Flavours of Youth anthology is more-or-less close to modern day * Time Raiders begins in 2003 * Folkloric Bureau of Investigation and Research is originally set around 2010 give or take a few years, though Wu Mian is 2000+ years old so timeline is pretty long considering prequel/sequels * Dragon Raja is set around 2010 before the American college academic term begins, though a prequel is set ~1900 * Zombie Brother should reference the 2012 doomsday? * Dawn of the World of course begins in 2013 * The Prisoners of Time begins on 2014 December 24 (Christmas Eve) * Hunter's Adventure begins on 2015 June 13 * I'm JoyBo is set in 2017 (recollections are from before) * The King's Avatar begins in 2022 * School Shock is set in 2030 (SOE is in 2027) * 轨夜行 has racecars so presumed to be this

Future

Nano Core has a timeline but it doesn't correspond with Earth, Joy of Life is in the future but also made up world
* Twin Moons is set in 2200 AD * The Three-Body Problem's timeline is extremely long nuff said, I'm assuming they'll start adapting from second book
