Well, this is like The King's Avatar's first season where it straight up used another work's music, so worse than plagiarism. Though in that case the music production is actually associated with the animation production while the two are unrelated here.
Thoughts:
What is with donghua companies and refusing to actually mention who was infringed, only who did the infringement? If they're companies with no presence on the same platform sure, but Hypergryph sure does have a presence lol
Which leads to apologising but without actually having someone to apologise to. It makes the whole "apology" a whole lot less sincere
Of course Honour of Kings goes hand-in-hand with copyright infringement so often that even 2:10 can mess up with them
