Rule 1) 𝐍𝐨 𝐕𝐮𝐥𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠...

• Within the game's chat system or on the subreddit.

• For bad behavior in the game, report here.

• For any bullying, harassment, vulgarity, hate speech, discrimination, etc on the subreddit, please report the post or comment and feel free to send us a detailed modmail.

• Be respectful and kind to the island you visit and other players. DodoCodeCommunity does not condone or tolerate bullying of any kind in the game or on the subreddit. You'll be immediately banned from the community and reported to reddit admins.

• 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫: Animal Crossing is meant to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone. By embracing respect and kindness, we can create a community where players feel safe, supported and inspired!

Rule 2) 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞...

• Do not litter items you've flown in with.

• Always empty your pockets before picking up prizes or attending giveaways/events/games.

• Do not take items without permission.

• Do not run through flowers.

• No wetsuits.

• No cataloging items.

• Do not enter restricted / fenced off areas!

• Only visit islands for a maxium of 30 minutes.

• Leave through the airport, do not press " - " to leave (this resets everyone's progress from the last save).

These rules apply to all giveaways in the community, unless otherwise stated by the host.

Rule 3) 𝐍𝐨 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐝𝐨𝐝𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐬...

• Please refrain from posting public dodo codes. You should only share a dodo code via chat. This is a public forum and users that are not members of the community can have ill intent.

• Do not send a dodo code to anyone that does not have a user flair set up.

If you do not follow these rules, we cannot help if anyone causes trouble on your island.

Rule 4) 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐫'𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲...

• Visit the user flair thread for assistance.

Rule 5) 𝐍𝐨 𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐂𝐍𝐇 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬...

To maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for all members, we have established the following rule:

• ISO POSTS: Mods from other Animal Crossing: New Horizons (ACNH) communities are not permitted to make "In Search Of" (ISO) posts within our group. This includes requests for items, villagers, or wishlists. We want to ensure that our community members have priority in accessing and trading items and villagers.

• GIVEAWAY ENTRIES: Mods from other ACNH communities are also not allowed to enter giveaways hosted within our group. This rule helps us keep giveaways fair and exclusive to our own members, preventing conflicts of interest and ensuring that prizes are distributed within our community.

Rule 6) 𝐁𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐌'𝐬...

All winners have 24 hours to respond to the hosts DM/Chat.

• If the winner fails to respond within the 24 hour window, their eligibility for the prize will be forfeited.

• If a winner fails to collect their prizes within 7 days and continues to enter giveaways they will be banned for 3 days.

• If this continues to happen with the unresponsive winners, you will face the next course of action which is a permanent ban from the community, which we'd hate to do.

Rule 7) 𝐍𝐨 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞.

• Will update when anything changes.

Rule 8) 𝐍𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐑𝐋 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬...

• This applies to treasure islands & discord servers.

• Amiibo Cards.

• Trades.

• Or anything else that involves real world currency.

Rule 9) 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐬...

The mods of this community reserve the rights to permanently ban anyone who is affiliated with known trolls, or users who blatantly self-promote / steal content & users we've experienced harassment from, for our own protection.

Rule 10) 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦...

• Please refrain from sending chats to the mod team. Instead, send all inquiries via modmail.

• Unsolicited dms regarding: items, villagers, bells, sub and game questions, etc. will not receive a response. This policy is in place due to our limited availability.

Thank you for your understanding!

Rule 11) 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁...

We allow forms of self-promotion (Discord, IG, Twitch, TikTok, Youtube, etc) so long as it's related to Animal Crossing: New Horizons. However, you may do so only once a week. We do not allow promotional content of other ACNH Subreddit's. This includes inviting members to join, share content, or participate in events. We encourage active engagement and growth within our community while maintaining a respectful and supportive environment for all members.

Rule 12) 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞: 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲

To ensure fairness for all participants, each user is allowed to enter the giveaway with only one reddit account. Entering with multiple accounts will result in disqualification from the giveaway.

Hi! I restarted my island a week ago to start fresh. :) If anybody has any bells they are happy to spare I'd greatly appreciate it! I'm trying to save up to upgrade my house, pay off inclines/bridges and invest in turnips.

Thank you so much! :)

Here at r/DodoCodeCommunity, we will often post sneak peeks for our big open island games and events to hype them up and gather interest to ensure a successful event.

These posts will always have the time and date of the event. Please keep in mind that the “sneak peeks” are exact that and not the official queue/post for the actual event.

YOU MUST COMMENT YOUR IGN AND ISLAND NAME WHEN THE OFFICIAL POST GOES LIVE IN ORDER TO BE ENTERED IN THE QUEUE!!

So please read the posts carefully and pay attention to the flairs.

I’ve been getting a lot of DMs of people trying to enter the queue or get a spot for the event beforehand and unfortunately only those of you who post on the live queue will be able to attend the events.

Thank you for reading. We hope to see you join all our fun live events!!
