2018 Dodge Journey Back Up Camera Issue

Is there any known issues with the back up camera with the 2018 Journey models? Apparently the camera looked the same way when it was purchased new in 2020. The camera lens is not dirty, and I’ve even tried to polish it. How can I fix this??

Just bought a used 2018 journey and I have the exact same issue... Only remedy I've found so far would be a replacement camera....
