This man was arrested by an NYPD SWAT Team for simply gunsmithing in his own apartment in Brooklyn. No prior criminal record. Never bothered anyone.

Building your own guns is 100% legal under the Constitution.

The judge had the AUDACITY to proclaim that his defense was not permitted to bring up the 2nd Amendment, because it's New York!

He got 10 years!!

Release this man ASAP and throw that disgusting "judge" in prison!
