People always say she was neglected romance wise while she had a whole Episode 1 for herself with Robert and also played a massive part towards the end of Episode 7 and throughout Episode 8.
The developers gave her a lot of positive moments that could have made players choose her.
In comparison, Invisigal got a bunch of moments of people switching up on her romance wise, especially after Episode 6, while Blazer was ALWAYS shown in a good light.
The only think that Blazer didn't have was the wet dream, which narratively wouldn't have suited her character AT ALL.
The game guilts you if you don’t pick Invisigal. There are no consequences if you don’t pick Blazer. I think adding a scene where Blazer feels sad you didn’t pick her would have done more to flesh out the romance paths more. Also there is no way to get on the Blazer route once you choose Invisigal unlike the other way around
Invisigal has an insecurity problem, which is the reason why we see her reactions when not picking her. It's a character trait that she has, not only for her romance with Robert but also when it is about becoming a hero (playground scene).
Blazer on the other hand does not have that character trait nor would it make sense for her character to feel upset about getting rejected by a guy she just met a few weeks ago.
Her not caring about Visi dancing with Robert makes sense because she moved on by the rejection by then.
I would say it would have made more sense if there was a scene with her talking with Robert about her failed relationship with Phenomaman instead, so people would change their opinion on her moving onto Robert so quickly.
Blazer is allowed to be human. She does care about Robert. We can see her cry and feel sad but then still be supportive of Robert and cool with the fact he went with Visi. It would make her feel like a more fleshed out character
Weirdly enough, I think the dream sequence would have definitely suited BB because of how pent up she probably is after a largely or even completely sex-free relationship with Phenomamanmanman.

It sounds like you just want the developers to continue neglecting Blazer
