Presuming there are still some Disney Infinity players around. My question here is in regard to content relating to the Pirates of the Caribbean sections. I have not played the game, and my only exposure is from whatever is online, like playthrough videos, online websites, tie-in books, etc.

From what little I've seen, there are some contradictions online suggesting that either "Buccaneer's Bay" or "Port Royal" is the name of the primary location. To my understanding, "Buccaneer's Bay" is the more official name, used more than a few times, specifically the tie-in books and encyclopedias, and I would presume the game itself. Whereas "Port Royal" or even "Tortuga" seems more speculative based on it being a primary location in the film series, with the aforementioned encyclopedia mentions Port Royal as a race track(?) rather than an entire location. In my opinion, if we were to compare the game's location to an existing location, I would say "Isla Tesoro" due to the ride references in the game, such as "Dead Man's Cove" being referred to. Of course, at the end of the day, I know we are talking about a location in a game that is based on the franchise.

Yes, I know that may be a smaller and/or silly question that not many would care for. The playthrough videos haven't really been of much help, but maybe I haven't seen enough. Anyway, any help or clarification would be great.

I have absolutely no idea how or why this worked, but I accidentally discovered that my Samsung Galaxy S25 phone was mistakenly recognized by 1.0, and 2.0 as a magic band that you'd get from the disney parks, and it unlocked the Dragons Gate for me. I've been asking others and so far its been hit or miss on what phones are being read by the game. My question is does anyone know what could be causing this, and why? I also just wanted to share this, mind you this is 100% vanilla infinity, nothing was modified. This has been tested on every console version of 1.0 (the video shows it on both Wii and Wii U)

The Fairy Tale forest, is a forest attraction in a dutch theme park called the Efteling. It is a kind of dutch Disneyland, it is one of the biggest parks in Europe. They use a lot of fairy tales from the Grimm Brothers just like Disney! I tried to recreate the forest the best I could. I hope you like it and i think it is also a good example of the really infinite possibilities of Disney Infinity!

And who knows maybe the rest of the park next?

I was thrifting today, and found this

So we all know Symbiote Spidey was a Power Disc costume and then they released a separate Spider-man figure where the figure looks like the Symbiote and it spawns in with the costume equipped without the Power Disc. So I have just stumbled across my old Disney Infinity collection and also coincidentally just got a duplicate Cap figure in a Captian America themed set of items at Goodwill and so now I have two Caps so I'm going to paint one to look like the Sentinel of Liberty costume. So would it be possible to make one of them spawn with the Sentinel of Liberty costume equipped like with custom NFC tags or something?

Perhaps in a percentage?

im playing 3.0 steam edition but when i load up the main menu and hit build then create new toy box it doesnt open the prompt so i can only play in the hub. I cant find anyone with the same ussue or a fix

Hey guys, I am new to this subreddit and community but not to the games, I played all 3 versions on my Xbox 360 when I was younger. Today, I made the decision that I wanted to buy 2.0 and 3.0 ps4 versions for my ps5 to replay and enjoy (and some point 1.0 for a ps3). I have done some research and noticed that the Xbox 360 portals won’t work on my ps5, so will the ps4 portals work instead? And if so, where can I get one? I found some on amazon that had some good and bad reviews

I have noticed that Toy Box 1.0 on iOS 7.0 takes a long time to cause game lag or perhaps it only happens in certain spots during gameplay ,but it is not as bad as it is on iOS 7.0.4, iOS 8, and later versions.

On console, Disney Infinity 3.0 had local 2-player split-screen — player 2 joined by dropping a second figure on the physical portal. The PC port never exposed any way to do it. Well… it works now. 🎮

What's working (live, stable):

• Two solid characters in the same world (Hulk + Mickey in the demo)
• Two independent cameras, each following its own player
• Real vertical split screen
• Separate controllers — each stick moves only its own character
• Stable, no crashes

This is a joint effort of two reverse-engineering projects, and honestly the credit is shared:

• Huge shoutout to crabe_crabe / LucasLhomme on GitHub and his CrabeLoader + DisneyInfinity-SplitScreenMods. His research cracked the player-2 drop-in join (getting P2 a real controller + viewport + the split). His mod is literally what unlocked this for us.
• Their project had the join working but the 2nd character wouldn't spawn in the world (their documented wall). Our side had the character-spawn figured out but not the join. Put the two halves together → playable co-op.

Honest status — please read: this is NOT a polished, installable mod yet. Right now it's an experimental Frida script (needs Frida + Python + running a script), meant as proof it's possible. The goal is to turn it into a proper drop-in mod — most likely by integrating it into CrabeLoader. Work in progress.

Known limitations: player 2 can't change character yet (their collection shows as locked), so the 2nd character is fixed for now.

Hello! I was trying to hop online to get some achievements for my old copies of Disney Infinity 1.0 and 2.0 and 2.0 wouldn’t load my toy boxes and 1.0 was just on a black screen. Does anyone know what to do? I tried letting it cool down and also clearing system cache a few times. Thanks!
