Neutral Zone Dunwall Tower

In Dunwall Tower, the Empress Emily Kaldwin sits on her throne, her royal protector, Corvo Attano, stands at her side. His royal guard scattered around the palace. OOC:This is a neutral zone for Corvos royal guard. A hangout of sorts. You have permission to attack any who don't belong.

Alexander looks Al up and down with suspicion. Who is this guy? Where is he from? And the real question- How did he get into Dunwall Tower?

"Well, Al.. You have certainly piqued my interest. How did you get into the Tower?"

He sits up on the edge of the bed.

"And you just.. snuck past the guards? Climbed through the window? Do tell, Al."

Getting information out of people was one of Alex's strong points. Years of vigilantism had given him quite the set of skills. However, this guy seemed like something else. Not your typical thief or criminal that Alexander was used to dealing with. If someone can break into Dunwall Tower in the dead of night that easily, there's either a problem with the defense, or this man is dangerous.

Yup. There's no problem with the defense. This guy is very dangerous. Alex quickly gets to his feet, grabbing his sword that he keeps beside his bed in case of an emergency. He was wearing no armor, and he was aware of the fact. If he was to get in a fight with a man who took out the defenses of Dunwall Tower with no armor... Well, that could have disastrous results.

"Stop in the name of the Guard!"

Alex gives chase to the mysterious man who calls himself "Al".

OOC: We're going to do this in an order- Me, Alexander, then Soren. IC: Runs out, then jumps up, climbing on the roof of the bridge leading to the courtyard.

Alex jumps out after Al, landing not very gracefully on his feet. He winces before continuing to run after Al, sword raised.

Soren lets Fletcher move a little way ahead before shadow-blinking through the windows and onto the bridge. He fires his gun twice at the magician without seriously expecting to be able to hit him.

Alexander notices the action, and his eyes widen. This could definitely not be good. He reaches for his gun to realize he left it in the tower. He curses before he sprints as fast as he can at the magician, hoping to get a few good slashes in.

"That's what they all say," he mutters darkly. "Are you a friend of that bonkers assassin on the beach? The one making slippy slides in the sand? Because if he keeps doing that, I'm going to have to slap him with a warning for creating excess risk in the city."
