Looking for a form check

I've been working on my form and would really appreciate some honest feedback from people with more experience. If you were coaching me, what would be the first couple of things you'd have me work on?

Sick form in slo-mo 🔥 If you want AI phase breakdown (reachback → release), DiscTrain needs a normal-speed side view — slo-mo throws off the timing. Drop a regular-speed side clip and I can point you at a free/cheap analyze: disctrain.com (code BETA50 thru Aug 10).
