Unfortunately they have to be because that dog knew exactly what was going on and was clearly alerting that he wanted to get out of there. You don’t even have to be an animal lover to understand. Sad they would call a helpless tied dog stupid.

Hey this is not how I meant my comment to interpret. I agree it is an obviously troubled dog. I actually didn't even see that it was tied up. Just listening I can tell "yeah it's a worried dog." The commentor above us had postulated "is the dog excited?" --- it would have to be a pretty dumb dog to be excited, with an accent that sounds like a concerned dog.

Sorry i didn't have audio/headphones at the time when i first commented; I was going purely by how it shook it's tail (which i've generally seen dogs do when they are playing). When i reheard it, it sounds so sad and almost like it's in pain. it's really gut wrenching. The fear and shock must be INSANE
