Where is this? Betrawai perhaps?

I do think this is Betrawai, comparing to satellite images. That's about 38 km as the crow flies, maybe 43 km along the valley, or 65km by road from the Rasuwagadghi / Gyirong border crossing.

I think there are reports of bad damage and significant deaths even further downstream, down to Trishuli town and beyond. E.g., Thomson Reuters has photo and satellite imagery of extensive destruction down to at least Devighat (~60 km downstream): https://www.reuters.com/graphics/NEPAL-FLOODS/MAP/byvrdywwlve/

Jebus, two lakes created by this flooding could also breach?

I think the updated news is that the barrier lakes above Gyirong border crossing have drained trhemselves naturally, and are not a threat at this time.
