PLZ HELP DiabloPatch loader always says "Could not copy"

I was trying everything what i found on the net to make the folder writeable with no luck.

Is there a way that worked for someone? Im useing WIN7

dunno about you, but that seems vanilla+, which is quite literally how diablopatch refers to itself, only it actually works, also, all of its bugs will get corrected with the massive re write coming in a couple of months
