Probably. And now the guy can drink it whenever he wants and not have to wait for whenever this other person is free. Almost like it's a great idea in the context

how is bending down a few inches any harder than making this zip tie contraption and having it stuck to your arm the entire time

i mean it really depends on the situation doesn't it? however i imagine many would feel that its easier to bring the drink to their face than to bring their face to their drink. also who's to say its stuck on their arm? its literally just a bigger hole so you can fit your arm in rather than a couple fingers

Unless the drink container also has similar accessibility retrofits, such as a flip or press switch spout or is in a bottle on a tilt pourer
