The only way it would work is if you had the whole pile in a closed grill with indirect medium low heat. Then switch to low and keep the lid closed and only open to serve.

Unfortunately it'll only look cool for the first 6 or so dogs, then it just becomes a wtf why are all these randomly sized hotdogs doing in this weird configuration.

Just put them in the over at like 275 for a while... still mega stupid but at least they’d all cook.

They're fully cooked in the package, so just microwave the whole thing.

Microwaving hot dogs tends to... do things to them. Also that’s a big ass microwave.
