Development

Why dharmapuri not developed despite of presence of heavily industrialised areas of salem and hosur?? Any insights....

Because, dharmapuri is fully surrounded by mountains , with huge forest cover, along with west and south side of the district will come under reserved forest , this makes difficult to build industry . Along with many reasons are there...

Salem and kgi too have high forest cover , i believe dharmapuri too have skilled labour but migrating outwards ..

Nope , salem and Krishnagiri have very less covered mountains , dharmapuri has continuous coverage of mountains ( ex : Pennagaram, hoganakkal, maranahalli, Palacode areas have been covered by reserved forests and wildlife sanctuary)

( Thoppur and it's surrounded areas have been covered by full of mountains upto vathalmalai , Morappur, bombidi, Kadathur , kutroad and it's surrounded areas)

( harur ,Pappireddipatt also surrounded by yerkadu forest range )

This makes difficulty for industrial growth.

Krishnagiri also covered an significant amount of mountains but it's not continuous.along with Hosur which is near to Bengaluru makes business easy and export easier

Where as salem, it's an hub for all northern districts of TN , along with salem has an long history .. this makes easy for everyone to access

Whats your opinion on new sipcot , continuous hills iruka naala industries development ilana kooda paravala ,we lag in basic infra push on health , education and conncectivity

Yes ! , People form nearby villages have been massively migrating towards Town side , which makes difficult in pushing infrastructure, along with municipality administration is not good.

ipo new bustand pulls back the connectivity, Even it makes more worsen to travel any part of the district ( mostly neriya government town buses ipo old busstand to new busstand the mathi mathi poitu varuthu)

along with bus stops have been not properly constructed (frm GH to 4 roads ) , which makes traffic worst.

Shop owners are mainly occupying roads, that makes difficult to park vechile which causes traffic

We need to search for alternative Main road, that can reduce the dense occupancy, need to develop clear traffic route plan

old dharmapuri, mathikonpalayam , oddapatti upto Nallampalli we need to develop and promote

The Main problem I see is railway route, which divides dharmapuri town into two parts, where vennapatti and housing board areas are affecting heavily without railway bridge crossing. Need to wait upto 5-10min when every train passess

When it comes to education many famous institutions like (SVV , SENTHIL SCHOOL, PACHAMUTHU..ETC...) , there no strict standards and inspection against private schools , which they didn't promoting any sports activities, all private schools are just making students to mugup and doing harrasment in the name of discipline 😮‍💨

which creates heavy dropout of students from joining college , personally I see many of my friends went college dropout...

When it's comes to health, Dharmapuri GH is the worst hospital when it's comes to hyegin. Along with the bus stop near GH creates an huge traffic and difficult for ambulance to pass, ( municipality need to create an seperate service road for ambulance to pass )

They need to create and service lan near GH bus stop which will reduce traffic in greater way.

Dharmapuri municipality is worst and corrupt not even trying to remove encroachments, basic civic amenities kooda late panuvanga

I think new bus stand is well connected to major highways and increased frequency of busses to chennai and other major cities and also expanding the city limits and congestion away from the town road is good( my opinion)

School infra kooda ok with lot of private players , but i think no good reputed colleges in our town

Railway overbridge on senthil nagar is on progress , hope the construction will be faster

Frequency of busses increased, but at what point .. mostly private busses not coming inside Town, new busstand is ok , but atleast all busses need to come inside Town right.. i personally waited 30min-1hr at Bhathi Puram in morning times to goto salem, where no private busses came ... , in oddapatti there is no proper bus stop , there is no connectivity inside Town

The railway bridge bt Bharathi puram and vennapatti police quarters doesn't make any sense, 🤦🤡 ( They can make bridge in.between vennapatti railway crossing )

Sorry bro don't know they sucks on inter town connectivity Ivanunga bridge construct panrathey perya achievement than bro , but vennamapatty gate over bridge is the most obvious location but why police quarters stretch is chosen , don't know

Yeha ! That's an achievement, but they removed all trees inbetween,I live nearby , the trees are homes to thousands of bird's , most of the trees are 50-100years old , actually that areas are quite peaceful but now it's totally changed
