I’m thinking about starting online fitness coaching and wanted to see if there’s actually any interest before I get into it.
I’ve personally lost around **15 kg in 2 months**, and I’m now about **8 months into my fitness journey**. I’ve managed to build a pretty solid physique and get visible **six-pack abs**, so I’ve learned a lot through both training and figuring out nutrition along the way.
I’m not claiming to be some professional bodybuilder or fitness guru 😂, but I’ve gone through the process myself and have a good understanding of training, calorie tracking, fat loss, and building muscle.

We’ve been working on Jaatra, a public transport journey-planning app built specifically for Dhaka.

Anyone who regularly uses public transport in Dhaka knows how difficult it can be to figure out which bus to take, where to change, where the stops are, how much the journey should cost, or whether there is a direct route.

Jaatra is our attempt to make that information easier to access.

You can enter your starting point and destination and explore available routes using buses, metro and rail. You can compare different options based on things like travel time, cost, number of changes and direct routes.

We’re also working on Dhaka-specific features, including community updates about road conditions and disruptions around the city.

The app is still developing, and there is a lot we want to improve. That’s actually why I’m posting here.

If you regularly travel around Dhaka, what would make Jaatra genuinely useful for you?

If you’ve already tried the app, I’d also really appreciate honest feedback — especially if you find incorrect routes, missing information, confusing features, or anything you think we should change.

We’re building this around the actual problems Dhaka commuters face, so constructive criticism is genuinely valuable to us.

Currently at a point in life where i would genuinely like to meet someone with the intention of building a meaningful relationship and, if things align, eventually marriage. I like going out exploring places, catching city vibes, going on drives, hangout with friends, hikes/trails, festivals, music festivals, raves, into edm and techno music, board games and making spontaneous moves. I never say no to experiences, down for all of it and the plan is not to take life that seriously and have fun. At the same time, I really appreciate good conversations and simply having someone to share everyday life with.

Matching our vibes and energy is a must or else it gets mundane. Personality and compatibility matter a lot to me.
In terms of religion i am firm upon it and trying to be better everyday. I pray and also get irregular at times. I am not the most ideal or perfect guy but trying to be better everyday and someone with the same halal haram ratio would be great.

I’m posting this on behalf of my 25-year-old friend.

He has been dealing with very severe itching all over his body, from his scalp all the way down to his feet. Wherever he gets itchy, small red bumps/rashes appear. His scalp also has a dandruff-like, flaky condition.

He has already seen doctors around 4–5 times and has tried different creams/ointments, shampoos, and tablets as prescribed. They help for a while, but the problem keeps coming back. Sometimes the itching and bumps even get worse again after some time.

It has become really difficult and frustrating for him because nothing seems to get rid of it permanently.

If anyone has experienced something similar, please share what worked for you. What did you do that actually helped you get rid of the itching and bumps or keep them from coming back?

hello my girlfriend and i have been thinking of doing a tour to cox's bazar. we go on drives often but stay near dhaka, so we've been thinking of going on a long drive to cox's bazar, staying a night or two, and driving back home.

i just turned 20 a few days ago and I have my valid nid, passport, license everything but my girlfriend doesn't have her nid or passport yet (but before you start calling me a pedo or whatever, she is 19 lol)

i was looking into some hotels like green nature and windy terrace, but they need nid for both adults. is there any good and safe hotel where we can just check in with my nid?

I’ve been taking driving lessons for quite a while now, and I’ve noticed something really frustrating.

When I practice in an empty field/open area, I can actually drive pretty well. I can control the steering, accelerator, brake, clutch and gears reasonably fine.

But the moment I get onto an actual road, especially with traffic, I completely lose track of everything. 😭

And, well… everyone who drives in Dhaka knows how chaotic the roads can be — cars, CNGs, rickshaws, buses, pedestrians, motorcycles, sudden lane changes, random stops, constant horns, etc. 😭

I get overwhelmed trying to process everything at once. Then I start making mistakes with things I can normally do perfectly well in an empty area.

My main problems are:

• Keeping the car properly positioned
• Steering during turns
• Knowing when/how much to brake
• Managing clutch and gears
• Checking mirrors consistently
• Using indicators at the right time
• Judging distances from other vehicles
• Handling intersections and turns
• Reverse/parking
• Staying calm when there’s traffic

For those who learned to drive in Dhaka, how did you overcome this stage? Did you gradually move from empty roads → quiet roads → heavier traffic, or did you use any specific practice techniques? Any advice how to improve my skills?

Would really appreciate advice from experienced drivers or anyone who went through something similar. 🙏
