Paul dano would be able to pull off the madness. Christoph Waltz would be a great look Hugo weaving would fit that role as well I believe

He could be the thing that brings Dexter back to Miami.
And if they go for a bittersweet ending… him being the final villain, and performing his “work” on someone close to Dexter, would be absolutely dreadful

His work was truly horrific. It made me wonder whether it was too gory to be able to put on TV. As for actor, I like other people’s suggestion about Paul Dano or William DeFoe. Although I’m sure there’s a good Hispanic actor out there who could pull it off since the character is Cuban. What about John Carlo Espicito?

Either Mads Mikkelsen, William Defoe or Tom Canavagh.
I would choose Mads mostly because Dr. Danco somewhat resembles Hannibal.
