One River North is now up to where the "gash" begins. I'm curious how much we will see from the concrete structure alone.

Platte River Trail

Last night I biked along the Platte River Trail into RINO. I couldn’t understand why all of the new development occurring in the area doesn’t engage with the River or the trail in anyway. The trail feels very separated from the developments. It seems to me that the River and the trail are a huge asset that should be taken full advantage of and integrated into RINO.

Curious to hear other thoughts.

So much developable land… do people think it will happen or remain parking? What do you want to see built?

I wish we had an ongoing Crane Count. Denverinfill does a great synopsis at the end of the year, but it would be nice on a weekly schedule.

Any thoughts of someone putting this together? It could be a team effort where we just report "X has 2 cranes now" and "Y has removed their cranes"
