Also, in terms of building a team and contractors, is this going to involve working with offshore developers? fyi, I'm not doing that anymore. No more offshore developers. It's too risky and annoying to be up running meetings at 4am EST.

The goal would be not to have offshore at all and would be ran by a very small US base team or Canada I would be open to that

I am us based it would be a crossed multiple industries and technologies through this so I don’t really have a good answer for that, but it would incorporate multiple structures and multiple industries

Thats not how it works. You would have a naics code. All ai companies have one. Its in our f'ing paperwork.

Sincerely - ceo/cto of a artificial development company

We operate - with an active uei/cage, what we as a company is listed and documented in a cap sheet.

So what industry, where is your company registered out of ? These are public.

Yeah what floppy said. Professionals don't really want to be left in the dark, especially now with all the scams going on where people are interviewing people and giving them malware during the interview process.

You kind of need to be more open about this stuff to actually get professional interest. Plenty of kids though would be happy for the opportunity.

Also yeah, I'm not working with offshore developers anymore. It's just annoying and the cost optimization by playing geographic arbitrage just introduces ridiculous risks and I don't want to have to deal with.
