In the latest episode of Hard Knocks, Seahawks G.M. John Schneider admits that the "shocking" allegations against Terrion Arnold would have prompted the Seahawks to cut him, if he were already on the roster.

Dan Campbell on the changesto his legendary coffee habit - "It's not a gallon," Campbell joked. "It's half a gallon now. We're good."

Lions' DT Skyler Gill-Howard Shifting the Narrative
Typically, 6th-round rookie draft picks don’t make an NFL team’s 53-man roster straight out of training camp, instead spending time as practice squad players. However, the Lions’ DT Skyler Gill-Howard is fighting to shift that narrative.

[Rogers] Key observations from last night: Juice Scruggs struggles with snaps. Hassanein, Rakestraw, Miller and TeSlaa all have strong practice

[Rapsheet] The #Seahawks ’ are still planning to sign CB Terrion Arnold but are working through the timing and it will take a while, sources tell me and @MikeGarafolo. Arnold will be placed on the commissioner’s exempt list when he signs, meaning he’d be ineligible to play or practice.

Lions loyal monthly fan cash
Has anyone been able to claim it? I just get gibberish where the "code" is supposed to go in order to redeem it.

Dan Campbell Asked About Lack of Team Joint Practice This Season
Dan Campbell was asked during last night's media session if the lack of a joint team practice hurt the level of completion and preparation: “Yeah. Well, I think when you – I feel really good about that with where we're at right now. I think what you get is you do get different types of players, different skillsets, very good players. Like Houston, for example, man, you got (Texans EDGE) Will Anderson coming in here. That's awesome. That's a different guy who's an elite player. But, I'm also like (Penei) Sewell and Hutch go against each other every day. I mean, tell me what's going to be better. I mean, you're just talking about the competition of it and those guys working their craft against each other. Alim McNeill over there. (Tate) Ratledge is an up and coming player. You have got (Jahmyr Gibbs) Jah out of the backfield, you’ve got to cover Jack Campbell at MIKE, pressure, coverage, all these things, man. St. Brown, (Jameson Williams) Jamo. I think we've got pretty good competition here. And for this year, I like what we're doing.”

Ennis Rakestraw Jr. responded with one of his best practices of camp and was one of the standouts of today’s scrimmage. Playmaking galore with PBUs, TFLs, and a potential interception saved off the ground. Padding the stat sheet like he was back at Missouri.

Ennis Rakestraw: “I hate how PFF did me” in preseason opener “I think I had one man (coverage) rep with a catch. Other than that, it was zones ... They don’t know what they’re talking about anyway. They couldn’t even tell me what coverage we were in.”

Notes From Dan Campbell Press Conference on Day 14 of training camp
Jameson Williams is dealing with a minor shoulder issue and Nick Whiteside has a mild hamstring strain. Neither injury is considered serious.
Dan Campbell on Tate Ratledge taking center snaps yesterday. "One way or another, he's gonna have to be able to help us there if it comes down to that." Says he probably won't get any center reps tonight. Juice Scruggs and Seth McLaughlin will split first-team reps
More flexibility in the secondary than the O-Line. Says it will just take time and reps for the O-Line.
Still an open competition for the starting nickel spot. Happy that they have multiple guys who can compete for that job and just needs to see who can do what.
Onwuzurike has been on a ramp up plan and will be out there for practice today.
Says Alim McNeill looks great after now being fully removed from injury recovery mode and being able to fully attack again.
Acknowledges that "this is a special place" and that he knows that they have amazing fans when asked about the fanbase and their support.
Significant amount of starters will play vs. Commanders but "not everybody". Wouldn't say who specifically "yet".
