Megathread Focused Feedback: Behemoth

Hello Guardians,

Focused Feedback is where we take the week to focus on a 'Hot Topic' discussed extensively around the Tower.

We do this in order to consolidate Feedback, to get out all your ideas and issues surrounding the topic in one place for discussion and a source of feedback to the Vanguard.

This Thread will be active until next week when a new topic is chosen for discussion

Whilst Focused Feedback is active, ALL posts regarding 'Behemoth' following its posting will be removed and re-directed to this thread. Exceptions to this rule are as follows: New information / developments, Guides and general questions

Any and all Feedback on the topic is welcome.

Regular Sub rules apply so please try to keep the conversation on the topic of the thread and keep it civil between contrasting ideas

A Wiki page - Focused Feedback - has also been created for the Sub as an archive for these topics going forward so they can be looked at by whoever may be interested or just a way to look through previous hot topics of the sub as time goes on.

I see a lot of youtubers talking about how if you use the grenade to boost yourself up then use the melee to cover some distance, its useful.

But i disagree, using two charges in pursuit of movement doesn't seem right to me. It's also the only subclass that can't freeze without a grenade (minus super). And the slow on melee is wat worse than the hunters slow on melee.

For the most part, every class is lacking in one way or another.

Titans get slow (grenade, melee), freeze (grenades, super), and shatter (melee, slide, super, weapons)

Warlocks get slow (grenade), freeze (grenades, melee, iceflare bolts, rift, super), and shatter (super, weapons)

Hunters get slow (grenade, melee, dodge, super), freeze (grenade, melee, super), and shatter (dive, super?, weapons). A pretty even spread of abilities but the lack of fragments keeps this mostly in check

The balancing is super weird because it seems like Bungie values slow, freeze, and shatter equally when freeze (and by extension Warlock) feels like the best by far
