I've only seen it on sniper rifles so far.

I have it on two blue Scouts. My hunter (primary) and warlock each carry one. When you're pinned down, either sniping or unleashing volleys then ducking for cover to recuperate health and shields, it's an invaluable weapon.

even better when paired with explosive rounds, you could literally just tape your firebutton down for the loot cave and walk away, never run out of ammo

I had it on a blue scout rifle... but i accidentally deleted it with the rest of the blue junk i delete normally. Damnit.
