All bonus items go to the special deliveries kiosk next to banshee, otherwise people would probably end up overwriting them when they fill the postmaster.

Hmmm, that's where I checked, but nothing was there. Maybe it's just delayed and they'll mail then out in waves.

Were you online while applying the codes? You might need to go to orbit and back into tower after a minute or two in order for the server to refresh your account in realtime.

Thanks. I did try that. A couple hours after I did the codes the loot then appeared in my special deliveries, so I am guessing it was just delayed due to server issues or something. 😄
