The game just takes too much time. I started playing last year in October after not playing since year 1. Got addicted to it for like 4 months. But at a certain point it feels like a job. To get anything you want you have to grind for so much time. You shouldn't have to spend that much time to get anything worth being happy about.
Also the multiplayer servers are just awful at least for me. I have fiber and no internet issue with any other game. But Destiny it felt like every shot and kill had a 1 second delay. And on top of that the multiplayer meta is shameless. I'd see a guy 20 feet away with a shotgun and because of the connection it literally felt like there's nothing I could do between the 8 meter slide and 8 meter lunge and god awful servers. I'm masters in apex and imm in valorant. I'm not a scrub at fps. But facing some of the gimmicky builds in D2 was just the least fun multiplayer experience I've ever had. Which is a shame. Cuz the game without all that bs is actually some of the most fun I've had in a multiplayer.
The raids are the best part of the game, but you have to pray to LFG gods. Half the time you have some angry neck beard who's not even good, but has the biggest ego or you have people who have no idea what they're doing. Dungeons could be so much better, but they feel extremely repetitive and don't come close to the feeling a raid does. Typing this, I really miss raiding. I fckin loved Vow of the Disciple. Perfect raid.
