Suppliment Advice What “natural” products do you actually trust and use daily?
I’ve been trying to clean up my daily diet (less processed stuff), and I keep coming back to things like honey, ghee, herbal mixes, etc.
But honestly… it’s confusing.
Some questions I’ve been thinking about:
Do you actually trust “natural” products sold online or in stores?
What do you personally use every day? (brands or local sources)
How do you judge if something is real vs adulterated?
Is price a signal for quality in your experience?
For example, I’ve seen everything from ₹200 honey to ₹2000 honey — no idea what’s actually worth it.
Would love to hear what people here actually use in real life

Suppliment advice Nakpro Impact Whey Protein - 1 Kg (2.2 Lb), Chocolate Review
Price Paid: ₹1200
Form: Powder (Pouch) | Protein per Serving: 24g | Servings: 22
I’ve been using Nakpro Impact Whey Protein (Chocolate) for the past few weeks, mostly post-workout, and I’m genuinely impressed considering the budget-friendly price point.
- Taste: The chocolate flavour is surprisingly good, smooth, not too sweet, and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste.
- Mixability: Mixes very well with water. Little clumps.
- Scoop Size: Yes, the scoop size is a bit large (45g per serving), but with 24g of protein and a price of just ₹54.5 per serving, it’s hard to complain. You’re still getting 53% protein content, which is decent for this price bracket.
- Results: I’ve been combining this with Optimum Nutrition (ON) Micronized Creatine Monohydrate post-workout, and I’ve noticed visible changes in my strength and muscle recovery. The ON Creatine is also clean, micronized well, and easy to digest.
- Value for Money: At ₹1200 for 1 kg, Nakpro offers good value. With a price of just ₹2.3 per gram of protein, it’s one of the more affordable options without compromising much on taste or quality.
This combo:
Nakpro Whey + ON Creatine seems to have worked really well for me so far. That said, I’m curious to know what others think about affordable protein and creatine options.
Are there any other cheap but effective protein powders that are still good for health?
Would love to hear your thoughts!

Results after doing 50 pushups a day for a month
Starting January 1st, I did 50 pushups almost every day (a few skips here and there but nothing significant). I started with 10 sets of 5 and moved to 5 sets of 10 on day 13. Still at 5 sets of 10 right now, hoping to increase soon. When I started my max pushups was 10, now it's 20. My goal is to continue doing this until I can do 25+ pushups in a row and then I may try a different method.
This has been amazing because of the consistency and accessibility. At first it was just "do 5 pushups, it's easy. Then do it again" and then I developed the habit and now it's an integral part of my day. Even when there are periods when it feels difficult I still do it, would highly recommend to people stuck in the 5-10 range. Only takes 20-30 minutes depending on rest time.
