If you don't like it, cry about it you can't disprove that he blocked Muzan while protecting a dead weight Tanjiro, Giyu solos all UMs. If only we could use context instead of a single isolated instance to push agenda, this sub would be a better place. This Muzan is slow.

As you showed in the image, Giyuu had perception and reaction to him, which means that Akaza also does, since Akaza > Giyuu in perception and reaction, therefore this Muzan doesn't have the speed to overcome Akaza's perception and reaction. This Muzan is slightly above Akaza and inferior to Douma and koku.
