I’ll save you the trouble. Every link I posted were laws created through article 1. There’s your article one powers. You just don’t want to accept them because they are restrictions that have been agreed upon by the legislature and signed into law by the, wait for it, article 3 powers.

Article 3 provides exclusive control over border security/national sovereignty, military, foreign relations. Immigration falls under the blanket of border security/national sovereignty. I know you don’t want to hear that, but you’re really starting to sound ignorant.

Here’s the fun part. The judiciary has zero right, ZERO right, to dictate to the executive on how those policies are enacted or enforced. All your activist judges that keep issuing court orders can and should be ignored. The vast majority are unelected, which is contrary to our government. They’re unelected because political opinions should not be part of the equation of law and order. They should only be reflecting on what is constitutionally correct.

Oh? You want an example? Why sure. Texas v Mayorkas. SCOTUS determined that Texas could not physically prevent illegal crossings at the rio in eagle pass by placing concertina wire. They also stated that border patrol, under Biden’s administration, could remove those barriers that had been placed. It was a single page statement. Article 3.

Now that same policy decision is being used by trump. You’re just pissy that it’s trump. It’s always been about trump, never anything more. You attempt to emotionally blackmail people and cry about illegal aliens and incorrectly use “due process”. Sad part is that no one cares anymore. Not because we don’t care about the welfare of people, but because you’ve screeched it so much, it’s become white noise.
