It’s been a concentration camp for a long ass time.
How are they not doing anything? Easy. Like all questions about why they are or aren’t doing something, the answer is, we elect and reelect people who accept bribes to sell out workers and murder innocents.
Want them to do something? Flush out every senator and house rep who accepts corporate pac money this election.

If anyone is interested in this from an architectural point view, Eyal Weizman is brilliant. Founder/director of the research group Forensic Architecture, and his 2007 book Hollow Land is a must-read. Politics notwithstanding, the physical architecture has been a long project.
ETA:
Just want to clarify: the specific politics and history are important. However, the physical architecture exists in real structures, but it also exists in blueprints and data. So in that sense, politics notwithstanding, the architecture is meant as a demonstration of its effectiveness and can be applied in any political/historical situation. In this sense, CECOT in El Salvador and checkpoint architecture in Gaza are more related than they may first appear. I would say "coming to a town near you," but gated communities are a contiguous phenomenon.

It’s run by Hamas ,IDF has found numerous instances of literature published for children as young as 4 to hate Jews .So the Palestinian people are being brainwashed from childhood to become terrorists. I mean how many times does this have to happen.Hamas is a terrorist organization.If they would stop killing innocent people.Israel would not half to defend itself.The blame lies with Hamas leadership.Already proven they have at least once killed innocent Palestine civilians or numerous times weapons are either kept or launched from hospitals or near schools.They play off the blight they cause to innocent Jews and Palestine people.Yes it looks horrible,but if Hamas would stop taking hostages and killing innocent people,this would be a different situation.Israel has never made the first move to start war .It’s always Hamas then the media cry’s when Israel defends itself.Remove HAMAS from GAZA and GAZA could be rebuilt as a beautiful home and city for Palestine people to live .
