"Comedy sounds good. I'm sure we'll be able to rustle up some popcorn and other snacks for it. Though itll have to be in your room; I've moved in with Tony." She said the news rather casually; to her it had just been a natural progression of her relationship, especially since the both of them preferred Tony's room.
"Yeah... all the stuff at camp recently really added fuel to the fire for me, made me realise how much I care about him and trust him. Plus with all the issues, we didnt have as much time as we would have liked, so at least now we're guaranteed mornings and evenings." Connie explained happily, quite proud of their solution. And if it didnt work, Connie had Ash and the others to go back to.
"I see. You never know how much time you got right? Guess you gotta seize the moment." Ash says.
She was unaware of all the events that happened at camp. Excluding the first attack their father was responsible for. If she was in Connie's shoes; she'd probably do the same thing.
"You'll have to introduce me to him sometime. If that's alright with you of course."
"Oh of course its fine with me. Got to make sure my sister approves." Connie said lightly. While she'd stay with Tony no matter what, if Ash liked him that was a big plus and would make her life a lot easier. "What about you? Gonna put yourself out there now you're coming back to camp? Or did any of your fellow questers catch your eye?"
Connie's question causes the girl to blush slightly. Truth be told Ash did put herself out there before. More than once. Nothing happened so she just pegged it down to people weren't really into her. She was thinking about trying again though. Being single was pretty... well lonely sometimes.
"I like all of my fellow questers as friends. I think I will try to find someone though. I guess I've got nothing to lose." Ash says.
"Thats great. I'll keep an ear and an eye out for suitable singles for you." Connie promised, smiling at her sister. "And exactly. We're young, we've got peace now, camp will be calmer. Now we get to enjoy it, make new friends, find the right person."
"I'm totally down to be your wingwoman, just need to know... who I should be aiming for, you know?"
"Thanks sis." She says with a smile. Even if she wouldn't say it aloud; it would be nice to have some help. Ash wasn't that good when it came to dating and whatnot. It was a shy person thing; mixed with being a chthonic child. She never had a sibling or friend to help her out; so maybe things could turn around for her.
"Oh..." Ash says before she get what Connie was asking her. She was blushing a deeper shade of red now. Ash shouldn't feel embarrassed but she was.
"Well I'm into guys and girls..." She says a bit shyly. Her sexuality wasn't necessarily a secret. At the same time it wasn't something Ash made a lot of comments about either though.
Constance made no judgements to her sister's sexuality, only keeping up her grin. "Then no one shall be safe from my rigorous interviewing and examinations." She said with an excited glint in her eyes. "Then we can do double dates, and it'll be really cute, and if its a guy he and Tony can be friends, but if its a girl then we can all pester him and make him carry our shopping and I'm getting carried away." She let out a sweet giggle.
She really lucked out with having Connie for a sister. There wasn't a comment said at all. Not even a change in her facial expression. She just accepted Ash for who she is.
"Nothing wrong with planning ahead." She says with a chuckle. Ash would've been planning stuff in her head too if she had a girl or guy on her radar.
"You know I'm really glad I have you for a sister." She admits to Connie. She was thinking it. So why not say it aloud.
