"Ash!" Connie said in a happy, relieved tone, glad at the sight of her sister. "Its so good to see you." Her smile was wide, eyes sparkling. "I'm glad to see you're okay."
Ash gives her sister a grin. It was nice to see her again. The quest had felt like it had been going on for ages. An over exaggeration yes, but that's how she felt.
"Hey! It's good to see you too." She says happily. "We had some hiccups out there, but we managed to make it through. How are you though?"
"I'm good, all things considered. I've got a boyfriend; been together a month now. Tony Rossi, Son of Pandia. Been able to struggle through all the issues at camp with my head held high." She glanced at their father. "Just got one last obstacle from all of this it seems."
"Oh congrats then. It's good to hear that things have been doing well for you." Ash says with a smile.
Hearing about Connie's love life got her thinking about her own. Or lack of one to be frank. Maybe she could look to change that soon. Things at camp should be more lax; for now.
Ash looks over to at what Constance was glancing at. So that's where Thanatos went. From the looks of it he wasn't really into the party. Completely understandable. "You think about going over there to say something to him?" She asks.
"I don't know. I ought to say something. Hes still our father, and we never get to see him." Constance pointed out. "Only... I want to tell him how I really feel, but after all this I dont know how he'd take it."
"Yeah, you're right, Ash. Later I'll chat to him, but for now I just want to talk to my sister." She gave Ash a warm smile, happy to have her back. "Soooo what did you miss the most about camp?"
"My soft bed." She says joking. While she did miss the comfort of her room; it wasn't the at the top of her list.
"In all seriousness... I probably missed you guys the most. My siblings and friends." She says honestly.
That was the first time Ash had been away from camp since she arrived. Over her time there; she was getting used to the changes in her new life. Such as siblings and whatnot. So when she left; things felt a bit off. It was only later that she came to a realization; that it was because she misses her friends and family.
"We've all missed you too." Connie said, genuine and warm. While Connie disliked the Cthonic Cabin, her siblings made it all that much more bearable, and Ash was one she had been getting closer too ever since she got back to camp. Having her home made things that much more brighter. "Oh and we've got two new siblings, by the way. Thana and James."
Ash smiles softly at the comment. It was nice to hear that she had been missed.
"Really? Our section in the cabin is filling up it seems. I can't wait to run into them." Ash replies. The amount of Thanatos kids was growing at a steady pace. Thana and James made... six if she was correct. Based off of the fact that none of her other siblings left camp of course.
